Before building her business, she came from a corporate background while also working as a tutor, where she discovered her passion for coaching, connection, and helping people feel confident in themselves.
What started as a small side gig in lashes quickly evolved into a thriving career built on artistry, trust, and personalised beauty. Today, she specialises in bespoke lash services alongside cosmetic tattooing for brows and lips, creating tailored results designed to enhance each client’s natural features.
Her approach has always been about more than beauty treatments, it’s about creating an experience where every client feels seen, confident, and cared for. Combining precision, creativity, and a coach’s attention to detail, she has built a brand that reflects luxury, authenticity, and empowerment.

With over 8 years of experience in people and management, Cilla brings a strong background in client experience, organisation, and team support into the beauty industry. As the Brand & Operations Assistant, they oversee social media management, front of house reception, and day-to-day operations to ensure every client experience feels seamless and welcoming.
